Refund policy

1. Introduction

2. General Policy

All sales conducted through Hashtag are considered final unless otherwise specified in this policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

3. Size-Based Purchases

  • Non-Refundable: Items accompanied by a published size chart are non-returnable and non-refundable if the incorrect size is selected.
  • Responsibility: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review the size chart and select the correct size.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If an item is received defective, damaged, or materially different from what was advertised, you must notify Hashtag in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • Upon verification, Hashtag may, at its discretion, authorize:

    • Replacement of the defective item; or

    • Issuance of a store credit equal to the purchase value.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are considered only in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.

5. Shipping & Delivery Disputes

  • Hashtag is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Returns Procedure (If Eligible)

  • All returns must be pre-approved by Hashtag Customer Service.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Authorized returns must be shipped back unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

8. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws and regulations of Lebanon.
